From information overload to increasing worries about technological backlash, the drive to explain science to the public, and to make it more appealing to them, has never been stronger.

Science blogging video

In case anyone missed the blogs or tweets, rpg has put together a very amusing video of our recent fringe blogging conference in London.

Check it out, it's only 8 minutes!

Speaking of blogs, I should also mention that Lablit now has one at blogs.lablit.com, with the snappy name 'Lab Literal'.

This is mostly an excuse for Bill Hanage to rant, but others will occasionally step in to keep the ball rolling. Do take a look!

She's left off the i in lablit!

It's http://www.lablit.com/article/537

Or just go to Lablit's homepage and it's there on the top left.
